This week’s cocktail is a New York Flip! There are only 4 ingredients in this baby, and if you are ever in the mood for a creamy drink but you don’t have any cream on hand this is a good hack.

• 45 bourbon.

• 15ml Tawny port.

• 15ml sugar syrup.

• 1 whole egg.

Shake this all up in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into a pretty glass!

It’s that easy.
